Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle/PLSQL professional to join our team as a Lead or Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle technologies, advanced database concepts, and team management. You will play a key role in providing solutions to complex technical problems and driving performance improvements across our database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oracle Expertise:
   
• Provide innovative solutions to complex problems in Oracle.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of advanced Oracle concepts, including collection variables, analytical and aggregate functions, AQ (Advanced Queuing), and EBR (Edition-Based Redefinition).
2. Database Management:
   
• Build efficient SQL queries and PLSQL blocks to optimize database performance.
• Analyze and improve existing database systems and processes.
3. Exception Handling:
   
• Develop robust exception-handling mechanisms in PLSQL applications.
4. Oracle Database Architecture:
   
• Apply medium-level knowledge of Oracle Database architecture to design efficient solutions.
5. Reverse Engineering:
   
• Utilize reverse engineering skills to analyze existing database systems and implement necessary changes or improvements.
6. Team Leadership:
   
• Manage a team of technical and non-technical staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Foster collaboration within the team to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle/PLSQL development.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced Oracle concepts like AQ, EBR, and analytical functions.
• Proven ability to build efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
• Medium-level understanding of Oracle Database architecture.
• Proficiency in exception handling and PLSQL block development.
• Experience with reverse engineering and analyzing database systems.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Database certification (e.g., OCA, OCP) is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
