The primary focus on Build our team. And taking our AI Solution to the next level. We built a solution integrating both the ChatGPT language model by OpenAI and the Deep Learning API developed by our in-house Python developers into our intranet platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in elevating our internal AI recruitment solution to a product we can offer to recruitment companies around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Build, Lead and Manage a team of 3-4 software professionals.
• Hire your team of technical talent with a particular focus on delivering values.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Set goals and objectives for the team and track their progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field is required. Graduate degree (Master's) preferred.
• Overall 8+ years of proven IT experience - preferably over a breadth of Development experience in .Net technologies.
• Minimum 2+ years of people management experience in building and leading successful engineering teams is required.
• Team lead Experience an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in software development, particularly with API integrations and Design, develop, and implement the integration of ChatGPT language model into our existing C#.
• Solid understanding of our technology stack: C#, asp.net Core, Razor Pages, and SQL Server.
• Experience with working with design user-friendly UI
• Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in working with European development teams an advantage.
• Previous experience with artificial intelligence or natural language processing technologies.
