Job Description
LOCATION: ONSITE (Dubai, UAE)
Should have more than 8 years of BA experience
- Hands on Experience in collecting Business Requirements on ETL & BI Reports
- Should be well versed on DWH , ETL & BI concepts and should have delivered minimum 5 projects in BI Space as a Technical Business Analyst
- Hands on experience on Banking Domain & Financial domain strong back ground
- Exposure to any of the regulatory requirements projects in BI space, Preferred projects experience with GCC Banking clients
- Should be well versed in developing technical solutions for the business requirements
- Should have exposure in test data preparation and data analysis using Oracle SQL.
- Should be a team player and possess good stake holders management skills.
- Should possess good communication and documentation skills
- Preferred to have exposure towards ETL tool IBM Datastage, BI tool IBM Cognos and Oracle Database

It all depends upon the Project which you are into and team which you get. For me both in terms of Project as well as Team is really great. Getting to learn more things on the Project. Also the working condition purely depends on your Manager. Currently the company is offering hybrid i.e. 3 days wfo.
Hikes and Appraisal should be based on the Project. As right now what I could see is the hikes are not that good enough.
