Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced SCM Architect to join our dynamic team. The SCM Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing supply chain management solutions that optimize our clients operations and enhance their business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, a deep understanding of enterprise applications, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end supply chain architecture that aligns with business strategies and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps in current processes, and recommend improvements.
• Good to have experience in Supply Chain domain of 3 years
• Prior work experience extensively in the developing Low-level design with at least 2 to 3 large implementations and integrations
• Data integration implementation experience with any of below mentioned tools
• Data migration implementation experience with any of below mentioned tools
• Application gateways and API gateway implementation experienc
• Able to work as Individual contributor
• ETL test expertise
• Experience Azure cloud
• Good to have experience in procurement and inventory management related implementations
• Domain Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Micros/Symphony POS inventory management
• Strong problem-solving skills in complex environments, ability to replicate, diagnose and resolve problems.
• Must be proficient in English language and should be a good communicator.
• Should have the ability to be trained and provide training to others
• Good attitude to work proactively in a team.
• Should be ready to work from ITCI or its customers offices.

## Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop the overall architecture for Simphony implementation across our hotel chain

- Create detailed technical specifications and integration plans for Simphony deployment

- Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration

- Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows

- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Simphony configuration and customization

- Lead the technical aspects of Simphony rollout, including data migration and system testing

- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions during implementation

- Experience in evaluating inventory mgmt. solutions and integrating them with Simphony

## Qualifications

- Bachelor\s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Proven experience with Simphony implementation and deployment in multi-property environments

- Strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality management systems

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Outstanding communication and project management abilities

- Certification in Simphony architecture or related technologies (preferred)
