Oracle Solution Architect - EBS/Cloud Modules (10-13 yrs)

Job Title : Oracle Techno-Functional Solution Architect.

Job Location : Bangalore /Gurgaon /Kolkata /Chennai.

Job Type : [Full-Time].

Key Responsibilities : .

- Solution Architecture Design : Lead the design and implementation of Oracle-based solutions, ensuring alignment with the business needs and technical requirements.

- This includes working on Oracle ERP (EBS), Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA, and Oracle databases.

- Functional and Technical Analysis : Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.

- Translate these into technical solutions, ensuring effective integration with existing systems.

- System Configuration and Customization : Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle applications and related modules (i.e., Finance, SCM, HRMS, CRM) to meet business requirements.

- Integration Strategy : Lead efforts in developing integration strategies for Oracle applications with other enterprise applications and third-party systems.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical direction for development and integration teams.

- Review and approve design documents, technical specifications, and code to ensure compliance with architectural standards.

- Collaboration with Stakeholders : Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, project managers, and other teams to ensure a clear understanding of business processes and technical constraints.

- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving : Identify and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Oracle applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Upgrades and Patches : Stay current with Oracle updates, patches, and new releases.

- Lead or participate in application upgrade and patch management initiatives.

- Documentation and Reporting : Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, architecture diagrams, and functional specifications.

- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress and solution outcomes.

- Training and Mentoring : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and functional consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous learning.

Key Skills & Qualifications : .

Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Experience : .

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications (EBS, Cloud, Fusion, SOA, etc.)

- 6+ years in a Techno-Functional role with strong expertise in both Oracle applications' functional and technical aspects.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Oracle solutions in enterprise environments.

Technical Expertise :

- Expertise in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.)

- Strong experience in Oracle databases (SQL, PL/SQL).

- Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA, and Oracle middleware.

- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration patterns.

- Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, etc.

Functional Expertise :

- Strong functional knowledge of business processes in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HRMS, and CRM.

- Ability to engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Certifications :

- Oracle Certified Solution Architect or Oracle Cloud Certifications (preferred).
