Salesforce Developer/Administrator

No.1. Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage changes to the System including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, formula fields, validation rules, triggers, email templates, Visualforce pages and components, process builders, and workflows.
• Maintain System, Security, and Integrity
• Maintain data quality by identifying, deleting or merging duplicate records, cleansing and updating inaccurate data, and managing data imports
• Maintain sandbox environments used for testing and training
• Respond to end user issues, enhancement requests, and other administrative needs
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
• Elicit, analyze and document requirements; propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality. Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency
• Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
• Effectively act as the liaison between users, vendors and the application development team
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Maintain queues and list views for custom and standard objects
• Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
• Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements

Requirements/preferences for the position include:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce, IT, business, or a related field
• Salesforce.com Administrator certification

Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator certification a plus

• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce.com (and related tools: Dataloader, Chatter, Reports/Dashboards, Marketing Cloud, Docusign) preferred
• Knowledge of Force.com development - Apex, and Visualforce
• Understanding of Cloud-based technologies, especially marketing automation tools required
• Problem solving skills, ability to dissect complex situations and troubleshoot solutions
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience translating technical concepts and decisions to non-technical staff
• Strong affinity for data and attention to detail
• Confident self-starter capable of setting plans and driving projects to completion

No.2. Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on programming/custom coding experience with Salesforce platform, requiring LWC and/or Aura AND Apex. (Experience should also include: SLDS, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch classes, SOQL, SOSL and declarative platform tools (Flows, Process builder, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience leading implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform in Lightning and have expert level working knowledge on major Salesforce.com technologies, data modeling, integration, and data migration.
• Extensive understanding of Salesforce.com best practices, Architecture, Design, Development, Administration, and security model.
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development.
• Extensive understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development and customization.
• Possess Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification (please include certification # on resume or in submission notes)
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD)/Copado
• Extensive understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap
