IT Support Executive

Position: IT Support Executive
Location: Newtown, Kolkata
Work Hours: Flexible timing (6:00 AM - 8:00 PM, rotational shift)
Week Off: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support and assistance to end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, MS Office Suite, and other organizational tools.
• Monitor and maintain systems, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify, evaluate, and implement system enhancements or changes.
• Maintain a log of support requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue closure.
• Assist in training and educating users on software tools and system updates.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and IT protocols.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory:
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a responsible and dedicated approach to tasks.
• Preferred:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Experience in providing support during rotational shifts.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as required.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a customer-first attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
