Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases, and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Develop innovative business process models.- Lead process improvement initiatives.- Conduct process audits for compliance. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.- Strong understanding of business process modeling.- Experience in defining product requirements.- Knowledge of user and task analysis techniques.- Hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
