The company is looking for dedicated and passionate HR & Admin assistants having a minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Office Administration activities. The person will be expected to work with a team of project managers and the CEO daily for all end-to-end recruitment & office administration-related activities. The job might involve local travel.
The job will initially be part-time, and the salary will be a maximum 13000 INR monthly CTC. Based on the performance and interest of the candidate, the position will be converted to full-time and the salary will be raised.

Job description
Recruitment:
Coordinate with project managers & management to get the requirements and JDs.
- Source/Search for candidates regularly in various places like LinkedIn, Job websites, and internal referrals at junior and senior levels. Maintain a DB of suitable candidates for junior and senior roles.
- Maintain DB of good recruitment consultants for support in finding suitable candidates.
- Use LinkedIn, job sites, existing databases, etc., to find candidates interested in joining.
- Filter the candidates based on experience and qualifications.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule the tests and interviews accordingly.
- Based on the budgets and interview performance, finalise the candidates for joining.
- Regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure the open vacancies are closed promptly.
- Once the offer letter is released and the candidate joins, manage the entire onboarding of the candidate.
- Any other recruitment, onboarding, and exit-related activities to be executed under the supervision of the management.
HR
- Organize team building and fun activities regularly to improve motivation and decrease boredom.
- Organize the tours based on the budgets approved by management.
- Manage the procurement of gifts for the team.
- Other HR-related activities to be executed under the supervision of management.
- Collect all grievances of employees and report to management weekly for resolution.
Admin:
- Supervise office cleaning staff for proper of the premises.
- Maintain inventory of all office supplies proactively & report any defects in the premises for repair.
- Maintain all expense reports and bills for submission.
There will be other responsibilities in IT & Marketing which will be allotted based on performance and interest.
