IT Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of infrastructure systems to meet business requirements.
• Good Understanding of Networking, Firewall, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure), Disaster Recovery, Windows Operating System and Basic Linux.
• Management of Microsoft Office 365, Aruba Cloud. Email ATP etc.
• Experienced in Asset Management & Helpdesk Management.
• Experience in Software License Management & Project Management is a must.
• Minimum 5-6 Years Experience in Vendor Development & Management.

2. Application Development and Support:

• Lead the development and deployment of custom applications and software solutions to support business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and prioritize development efforts.
• Manage a team of developers and software engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Liaise with 3rd Party Application Consultant to get Timely CRM Resolution & New Initiatives
• Implementation Experience of ERP like Oracle, Galaxy, Microsoft Dynamic experience is required.
• Worked on applications backend of Java, PHP, dotnet.
• Managing and maintaining inhouse application like HRMS, CRM, DMS, TMS etc.

3. Team Collaboration:

• Minimum 7-8 Years of Team Handling Experience.
• Be a team player with other IT team members spread PAN India, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear goals and objectives for team members, and regularly evaluate performance against established metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and align IT initiatives with overall business objectives.

4. Security and Compliance:

• Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the organization's data and systems from internal and external threats.
• Monitor security events and incidents and respond promptly to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to IT security and compliance and ensure organizational compliance with applicable standards.
• Experienced on Security Instruments like EDR, XDR for End User Security, as well as Cloud Server Security.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application management.
• 5-6 years of experience in vendor development and management.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience specifically in managing and developing applications (including custom apps and ERP systems like Oracle, Galaxy, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
