Desired Candidate Profile -

• One should have 3 to 5 years of work experience.
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization IT needs
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
• Supporting on Integration & Access
• To plan and deliver information services to enable users to access the information they need, when and where they need it.
• "User Level & Network related Support including Security
• Providing User level System support at Warehouses Internal support related Issues and new IT asset installations.
• Maintain & keep tracking for all IT Assets through Sapphire software
• As per IT norms allocate asset to users.
• Arranging quotations for the IT procurement and Negotiating with vendor for valuable price
• One should possess good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Open to travel in short notice.
