Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Installation of Windows Operating System on client Laptops & Desktops.
- Installation of Company Standard Software on laptops & desktops.
- Installation of Local printer, Network Printer from printer server and its operation.
- Microsoft Outlook Installation configuration /Administration
- Installation of Application Software's & troubleshooting remotely on workstation.
- Joining Domain & changing hostname as per company policy.
- Solving Networks problems related with LAN, basic networking management.
- Handling Hardware related calls, troubleshooting & logging calls with respective vendors for rectifying & replacing the faulty parts.
- Monitoring Asset Movement, Asset Surrender, Asset Refreshment, Asset Allocation.
- Reporting daily status of resolved/pending/open tickets to Reporting Manager.
Preferred candidate profile :
- MCA, BCA, Diploma OR certification in Computer Hardware & Networking
- IT asset management
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Network configuration and maintenance
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
