Job Title: Business Analyst (Health IT)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (Health IT) to conduct in-depth market research and analysis in both private and government sectors. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering within the healthcare industry. This role requires strong experience in business requirements gathering, market analysis, dashboard management, KPI tracking, and strategic business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in AI, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering within Health IT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, develop business cases, and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze and document business options, project plans, and strategic recommendations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop clear and concise requirement specifications, project documentation, and stakeholder reports.
• Manage and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), project milestones, and business metrics.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives.
• Support the development and execution of business strategies for AI, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering solutions in the Health IT sector.
• Communicate market insights effectively through presentations, reports, and written documentation tailored to executives, technical teams, and clients.
• Conduct matrix analysis to assess risks, dependencies, and business impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Health IT, with expertise in AI, Cybersecurity, or Software Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and healthcare industry trends.
• Expertise in writing business requirements, business options, project plans, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in dashboard management, KPI tracking, and data visualization using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in preparing and delivering professional reports and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of government healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies.
