Business Analyst (10-12 yrs)

Role : Business Process Analyst.

Designation : Senior Manager or Manager IT.

Experience & Qualification :

- 10-12 years of total experience, including 6-8 years in healthcare (preferably hospitals).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Skilled in requirement gathering and translating them into actionable solutions.

- Capable of managing multiple enhancements within large projects across various domains.

- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills to engage business and technology leaders, colleagues, and vendors.

- Experience with Hospital Information Systems and EMR platforms is preferred.

- Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaborate as both a participant and leader.

Job Description :

- Continuously assess and document business processes, aligning them with internal IT application controls.

- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, translate them into system specifications, and oversee their implementation.

- Monitor, audit, and document IT platform usage, providing audit reports to stakeholders to enhance application utilization.

Key Requirements :

- Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to analyze business processes across departments.

- Consult with internal stakeholders on core business processes.

- Measure and analyze current business functions and document as-is vs.to-be use cases.

- Gather data to understand key problems.

- Identify and address concerns in existing processes.

- Work with stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with compliance, QA, and training teams to implement enhancements.

- Present process improvement solutions to stakeholders and senior management.

- Develop and execute project plans for improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with process improvements through Quality Assurance and Training practices.
