Business Development Senior Manager

Position Overview:

The Senior Manager - BD will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of Insure AIX's market presence. This position involves leading strategic business development initiatives, managing client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Director of Business Development and will have a dotted line reporting to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with Insure AIXs global business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and markets to drive growth and expand Insure AIXs market share.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the business development team, setting clear goals and objectives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape, informing strategic decision-making.
• Proposal Development: Oversee the development of high-quality proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing Insure AIXs value proposition.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions that meet client needs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Masters degree or additional qualifications in AI, insurance, or technology management is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the insurance or technology sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the insurance industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, as well as knowledge of AI-powered solutions.
• Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
