Job Description

What you ll do:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify data analytics needs in the context of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system and enterprise processes.
Design and develop scalable data models and algorithms to analyze PLM data and extract relevant insights.
Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and transform data from PLM and other relevant data sources.
Develop and implement data analytics solutions using tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
Create and present reports and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in tools like Power BI.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, data quality, and security in PLM data analytics processes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and within PLM

What we re looking for:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7-8 years experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and/or SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Basic knowledge of Windchill PLM system and its data structure will be preferred.
Hands-on experience administering analytics infrastructure within Azure, Fabric, or Power BI Premium capacity will also be preferred.
