Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for Shopaccino (SaaS-based eCommerce platform).
• Conduct product demos, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet targets.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition.
• Provide market feedback to improve product features and customer experience.
• Nurture client relationships to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in SaaS sales or eCommerce solutions, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
• Knowledge of eCommerce ecosystems, payment gateways, and logistics integrations.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
