Role & responsibilities

• Work closely with fellow support team members to provide excellent customer support.
• Work directly with staff in product development, and product management who may be involved in specific cases reported by customers.
• Use systematic methods to triage, research, diagnose, and provide workarounds or solutions to both technical and functional issues with the product.
• Provide feedback internally on root causes, issue patterns, and recommended changes to processes, tools, and configurations to improve the overall customer experience with the product.
• Adhere to agreed response time and resolution time SLAs.
• Update case records in the online support case tracking tool in a timely fashion with appropriate detail
• The document, develop and review content for knowledge base.
• Help test problem resolutions and defect fixes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should understand how the various Java based micro services work cohesively to manage Loan Journey of the customer for NBFCs.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Can read and understand Log files generated by Java Spring Boot micro services.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in MySQL/SQL Server.
• Should be fluent with Postman to execute REST APIs.
• Can test the functionality of new major and minor releases going out on UAT and Production environments.
• Well versed with Git
• Experience with Windows, Linux and MS Office Tools
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple critical and high cases/tickets at the same time.
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Should be able to inspect and understand the browser communication with micro services.
