Position Overview:

We have a requirement for a Retention Marketing Executive for Isha Foundation, Coimbatore. Please find below the Job roles:

• Marketing calendar: Thought-through planning of sale events throughout the month
• Identifying problem statements for the business through data analysis and user insights
• Designing communication and offer constructs (coupons and cashbacks) for various cohorts
• Driving growth in revenue and ARPU through most efficient strategies (keeping the cost in check)
• Experimentation, personalisation and automation using various marketing tools - Web Engage, Facebook, Google and other internal platforms
• Merchandising and home-feed management on m-web and desktop web.
• Keeping a check of repeat DAUs and conversion funnel to identify optimisation opportunities
• Proposition development through concept testing for various marketing campaigns
• Creating briefing and debriefing with the design and content team
• Monitoring the NPS scores.
• Ensure timely plan flawless execution of all CRM campaigns through different channels
• SMS, Email, Push Notifications, In app marketing, Outbound Calling, etc.
• Track the performance of the campaigns on a daily basis & take corrective measures wherever required
• Working closely with the Tech, Category, Payments, Loyalty, Brand and Digital marketing teams to come up with the best outcomes for the users
