Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining positive industrial relations.
  
• Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to promote a harmonious work environment.
  
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills of employees, focusing on competency mapping and talent development.
  
• Oversee performance management systems, including setting goals, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback to staff members.
  
• Ensure organizational development initiatives align with business objectives, promoting continuous improvement within the organization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (preferably from manufacturing industry).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Proven expertise in areas such as HR administration, human resource management, talent management, performance management system, competency mapping, training need analysis, organizational development, strategic HR.
