Piping Design & PIPE Stress Engineer

Proposal Phase:

• Quantity estimation for piping & fittings.
• Proposal level drawings, Load inputs to Structural design.
• Developing 3D model for estimation of MTO for skids

Project Execution Phase:

• Responsible for
• Complete Piping engineering of Skid, Module and Process Waste Heat Boiler
• 3D Modelling of piping, supports, equipment, skids, clash checks, model reviews and finalization.
• Meeting piping engineering deliverables according to work plan/Schedule
• Managing 3D model activity sequences for 30% 60% and 90% model reviews
• Controlling quality of 3D model, GAD and Isometric.
• Providing inputs to stress engineer for analysis
• Ensure quality control of all engineering and design work related to piping engineering.
• As built documentation.
• Attending Customer / Consultant queries regarding Piping & Skid engineering
• Disposal of shop feedbacks, site feedbacks.

Essential Requirements:

• Familiarity with design of Skids, Modules, waste heat boilers
• Knowledge about Indian Standards (BIS), IBR, EN codes, ASME codes and standards
• Experience in piping engineering for skids, modules, process waste heat boilers.
• Experience in 3D modelling AutoCAD Plant 3D / E3D
