Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and publish engaging content tailored to various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and leverage insights to strengthen the company's market position.
• Maintain consistent visual branding across all digital and print materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, and conversions) to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to foster meaningful engagement and strengthen relationships with the online community.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to incorporate innovative ideas into marketing efforts.
• Support the team with design tasks as needed and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to produce visually appealing content.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns to engage the audience and generate leads.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Meta & Google Adsense, Chatgpt).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
