Sr. SEO Executive

Role & responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, focusing on property-related terms and buyer intent.
• Implement technical SEO improvements, including site structure, schema markup, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Optimize on-page SEO, including meta tags, content structure, and internal linking.
• Oversee off-page SEO efforts, including link-building, digital PR, and brand mentions.
• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly real estate content.
• Optimize landing pages for target keywords, engagement, and lead generation.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to enhance site usability and conversion rates.
• Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Looker Studio for performance tracking.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze user behavior, traffic patterns, and SERP performance to refine strategies.
• Optimize for local SEO, including Google Business Profile (GBP) management and location-based strategies.
• Work with developers to ensure SEO-friendly site architecture and page speed improvements.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and real estate industry trends.

Requirements:5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in real estate, property investment, or related industries.
Expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link-building strategies.
Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Trends, etc.).
Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and structured data.
Experience with local SEO and optimizing for multiple geographies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in real estate SEO
Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for AI-driven searches.
Understanding of programmatic SEO and automation for large-scale websites.
Certification in Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
