Senior Seo Executive

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive with strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Google algorithms, WordPress site management, and International SEO strategies. This role requires someone with a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.

This is a remote/work-from-home position, offering flexibility while ensuring high performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Perform Technical SEO audits, fix crawlability and indexing issues, and optimize website speed.
• Optimize website elements such as meta tags, headers, URL structures, keyword density, and content readability for better on-page performance.
• Manage off-page SEO activities like link building, guest blogging, and outreach to boost domain authority.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and modify SEO strategies accordingly.
• Manage WordPress websites, ensuring proper theme structure, plugins, and security updates.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing short-tail, long-tail, LSI, and geo-targeted keywords.
• Work closely with content writers to get SEO-optimized content, ensuring the right keyword density and readability score.
• Track and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Create and maintain a daily task sheet for SEO activities and prepare a weekly analytics report to measure progress.
• Optimize for voice search, featured snippets, structured data, and mobile SEO.
• Implement International SEO strategies to target multiple regions and languages.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement best SEO practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO (Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page).
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors.
• Expertise in WordPress website management.
• Good knowledge of keyword density and different types of keywords (short-tail, long-tail, LSI, geo-targeted).
• Experience in International SEO for global targeting.
• Ability to track KPIs (organic traffic, bounce rate, keyword ranking, CTR, domain authority, and conversions).
• Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create a daily task sheet and prepare a weekly analytics report.
• Excellent communication skills  ability to work with teams and clients.
