QA Automation - Lead

4-5 years working experience as Automation tester
4-5 years working experience as a functional tester
Experience with testing UIs, Web service, Process Workflows
Good knowledge of any QA automation framework (Selenium, Robot framework)
Support manual test teams by working closely with them to automate their main features
Convert manual test scripts into automated test cases
Quick learner, good aptitude and could work independently as individual contributor
Understanding of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile
Able to write Functional, Integration and Regression test cases from the analysis of requirements document
Test Planning, Test Cases Preparation and Execution.
Ability to document the test results and log issues in issue tracker [JIRA].
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to interface with Client, development team and get the issues resolved.
Some experience in framework development
Hands on coding experience in C#/Java
Good problem solving skills and have knowledge on DevOps concepts
Should have capability to handle team of 3-4 people and guide them technically

Good to Have
Experience on Ranorex framework
Capital market experience
Experience and Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines would be an advantage.
