What You ll Do The support analyst will be helping Oracle Internal sales users via chat & provide technical/business support on applications used by them on a day today basis.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment and include but are not limited to:
Provide 1st level of support on the Sales end to end processes.
Solve and resolve simple to complex queries.
Participate in testing of new applications.
Meet GSCO Support KPIs and targets.
This is a work from office role with 24/7 shifts
Undertake admin responsibilities as required.
Keep current on new releases and enhancements.
