Head- Finance & Accounts - Real Estate (Dubai)

Role

The incumbent will be responsible for all matters related to Finance and Accounts for the Real Estate Project in Dubai

Responsibilities

i) Finalization of Project Budget and monitoring Budget v/s Actuals on periodical basis and flagging major variances

ii) Interface with internal and external stake holders for fund raising for the project

iii) Banking and Treasury Management

iv) Processing of payments of vendors, service providers etc.

v) Processing of Accounts Receivables

vi) Preparation and Presentation of MIS

vii) Finalization of Project Accounts

viii) Cost Analysis / Cost tracking

ix) Manage monthly / quarterly closing of the books and financial statements.

x) Attending Project review meetings with various stake holders

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should be a qualified CA with more than 10 years experience in managing Finance and Accounts in Real Estate Sector
