Manager Quality Control -- Uzbekistan

Job Purpose: To develop and implement quality control tests, inspecting products at various stages and to ensure all products meet consistent standards.

Core Responsibilities

• oversee the quality assurance processes and ensures that products and services meet established quality standards
• Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance quality
• Provide training on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to employees
• Report on QA activities, performance metrics, and improvements to senior management
• Implement advanced method of quality analysis to enhance accuracy in all the sections of the manufacturing process
• Identify, document, and take corrective actions for any non-conforming products or processes
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality issues and improvements
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and incorporating customer feedback into quality improvement initiatives
