Managing the documents lifecycle system. Maintaining the accuracy of the documents, maintaining document database, formatting and troubleshooting problems within documents Effectively working across SOP owners/Authors/TFLs and ensured that they reach their goals, Project needs Verifying the required signed forms/CDA/MSA and Providing ePortal access to customer/Sponsors for audit/inspections Facilitate meetings with document owner, Task force leaders, authors, initiators to determine SOP requests and queries Exercise good judgement in updating SOPs to comply with company standards while not disrupting workflow Performing and delivering the SOPs requested to sponsors as per IQVIA Maintain logs and keep track of all the activities on a regular basis Providing suggestions to establish better information site to team members in handling any complicated or new issues with no delay and managing Time management ePortal Interim Process. Qualifications Associates Degree Pref 1 year of relevant experience in a quality / laboratory environment, including GXP and/or Quality Assurance experience. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.. Knowledge of GXP regulations and guidelines.. Effective organization, communication, and team orientation skills.. Ability to initiate assigned tasks and to work independently.. Ability to manage multiple projects.. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
