Develops and delivers technology services through managed services project activities requiring general knowledge of IQVIAs products and technical expertise. Responsible to handle handle client calls and reply back client emails with the required information. Has good understanding of the domain and the product so as to educate/guide the client in navigating through the product features. Assisting clients in updating the information in bulk through back end Responsible for extracting the required information on regular basis Responsible to coordinate with various teams including tech team, global team to ensure the case is resolved Responsible for creating, investigating, communicating and closing a case in CSM Escalating the issues to the concerned Tier 2 teams for case resolution with proper investigation details. Responsible for license procurement request Assist in testing of release features Required to work in Australia time zone i.e. 2.30am IST
