Required Skills and Experience
Understanding of capital markets processes and systems.
Proven track record in process transformation, Lean implementation, and value stream mapping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Experience conducting Gemba walks and leading cross-functional ideation sessions.
Ability to design and deliver business cases with detailed ROI analysis and cost projections.
Familiarity with RPA, AI tools, and digital transformation initiatives in a financial services context.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
Knowledge of tools such as Minitab, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics platforms.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Work Environment
Flexible to work during US/UK overlap hours (2 PM to 11 PM IST or 3 PM to 12 AM IST).
