Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin / QA Tester to manage and enhance our Salesforce environment while ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications. This role will be responsible for Salesforce administration, configuration, and testing activities to support business operations and improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration:

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce applications, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and process automation.
• Perform data imports, exports, and cleansing to maintain data integrity.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.

QA Testing:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce functionalities.
• Perform manual and automated testing for Salesforce applications, including regression, functional, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using testing tools like JIRA or TestRail.
• Work closely with developers and business users to resolve bugs and ensure application quality.
• Validate changes and enhancements before deployment to production.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or QA Tester.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing settings, and workflows.
• Experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Lightning and Classic interfaces.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar.
• Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

✅ Experience working with AppExchange products like Conga, DocuSign, or Adobe Sign.
✅ Hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce development.
✅ PD1 & PD2 certifications.
✅ Experience in Salesforce CPQ.
✅ Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
