As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth integration with third-party tools. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline workflows, enhance system performance, and drive efficiency through effective Salesforce solutions.

Specs:

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Lead technical discussions and ensure solutions are well-integrated, maintainable, and high-performing.
• Work with the Architecture team to integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs.
• Provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers and consultants, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high quality and compliance with Salesforce standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Monitor system performance, maintain data security, and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
• Work independently, gather necessary details from business teams, and drive solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to debug and fix complex system issues.
• Document system functionality and technical solutions for future reference.

Skills:

• Strong experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and scalability requirements.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, including configuration, customization, security model, data model, and automation tools (such as Process Builder, Workflows, and Flows).

Certifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect (or equivalent) are highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce customization, configuration, flows, Integration and data management.

Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand and address complex business requirements.

Other Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Administration including an emphasis on Sales Cloud
• Experience with 3rd party tools such as Gong,Docusign, CPQ etc.
• Experience in maintaining data hygiene of a CRM utilizing Data Loader and/or Demand Tools.

Additional Skills & Attributes:

• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
