Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant CUM Receptionist for our Boutique at Aluva .
- Responsible for daily accounting office management and for all store monetary efforts
- Utilized multiple systems with varying inputs to track and manage store Sales and Expense
- Immediately researched and resolved accounting variance issues
- Balanced funds, detailed documentation, and retained records for all financial transactions
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Give support to customer billing procedures.
- Distribute the Store P&L s to General Managers each month
- Identify and analyze additional needs and opportunities
- Assisting with coordination of the annual plan and forecasting process for the retail lending business
