Back Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

Purchase:

• Invoice Entry
• PR/PO generation
• Vendor Reconciliation and management.

MIS & Reporting:

• Oversee Quality and Repair Tracker Management to maintain accurate data and identify trends.
• Update and maintain Daily Trackers, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
• Prepare and submit Weekly and Monthly Reports to stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and visualizations.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com / BCA with minimum 1 year of experience.
• Good Knowledge of Tally & MS Office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams.
