Education Counsellor, Telesales Full time - (Hybrid) Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling to students over phone calls and face to face.
• Addressing their queries related to education and career options.
• Sales our courses as per student requirement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Email and Whatsapp course details.
• Maintain admission and fee collection and basic branch operation.
• There could be 80-90 calls per day.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills for effective telecalling conversations with students.
• Ability to work independently from home office setup (hybrid model).
• 1-5 years of experience in educational sales or a related field (education counseling).
• Professional attitude and disciplined
• Has maintain single branch alone
