Design Project Manager

We are seeking a **Design Project Manager** with a multidisciplinary background to lead complex creative projects and ensure their successful delivery.

Job Summary:

The Design Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of diverse creative projects, from branding initiatives to retail design, content production (films), signage, showrooms and architectural design. This role requires a hands-on leader who can seamlessly coordinate across teams, communicate with stakeholders, and manage resources effectively, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of creativity, quality, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, marketing professionals, and external vendors.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
• Translate client briefs into actionable project plans while maintaining a strong focus on creativity, quality, and innovation.
• Monitor project progress, anticipate potential roadblocks, and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that all design elements align with brand guidelines, design aesthetics, and functional requirements.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas of improvement, share learnings, and apply best practices to future projects.
• Maintain a high level of organization across multiple projects, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the design and creative process, from concept development to execution.
• Proven experience managing diverse teams and leading projects across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas to non-design stakeholders.
