Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and business acumen to lead complex Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects in the US and regional markets
Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and client presentations
Provide technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Ensure project delivery within budget and timeline constraints
Identify and mitigate project risks
Maintain clear communication with management and clients
Drive customer satisfaction and project success

Requirements

16-18 years of overall experience in IT Consulting, Pre-Sales, Project Management, CoE, and Training initiatives
6-8 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud applications, specifically HCM Cloud
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud before transitioning to project management
Strong techno-functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Experience in planning, execution, and delivery management of Oracle Cloud projects
Proficiency in project budget management, risk mitigation, and status reporting
High-level understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Platform as a Service (PaaS)
Experience supporting sales teams in opportunity development, including assessment, solutioning, estimation, and demonstrations
Understanding of software development methodologies, change management, and deployment procedures
Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle in Oracle Cloud
Strong domain experience in HCM, including hands-on functional or techno-functional experience in HCM Cloud
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively across different departments and organizational levels
