Tech Operations (TechOps) Specialist (2) Exp - 3-5 Years

TechOps Specialist focuses on the technical setup, integration, and troubleshooting of ad technologies and platforms. This role is key to maintaining seamless operations and managing the infrastructure needed for first-party data utilisation in advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Integration: Manage the technical integration of ad servers, DSPs, and CDPs with first-party data sources, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Data Management and Privacy: Implement data governance practices, manage data sources, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support for any technical issues with ad delivery, tracking, and data collection.
• Optimization and Automation: Develop automation scripts or tools to improve ad operations efficiency, streamline reporting, and optimise data workflows.
• Tag Management and Data Collection: Implement and manage tags through GTM or equivalent, ensuring data accuracy across ad platforms.
• Knowledge of and passion for digital advertising suites, including Google Marketing Platform solutions for display and video.
• Effective project management skills with ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with GAM360, Google Campaign Manager 360, The Trade Desk, and programmatic ad exchanges.
• Data Management Systems: Experience with CDPs (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP) for audience segmentation and data management.
• Technical Languages: Proficient in SQL, basic knowledge of JavaScript (for tagging/debugging), and or similar for automation and data handling.
• API Integrations: Experience in setting up and managing API integrations between platforms, enabling real-time data transfer and analysis.
• Tagging and Tracking: Proficient in Google Tag Manager and other tracking technologies for data collection and audience retargeting.
