Role & responsibilities

• Technical Expertise:
• Possess expert-level proficiency in VC++, SQL, and MS Access database.
• Have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems and applications for power systems.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the power systems industry.
• Proven track record of delivering successful technology projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Strong understanding of scalability and performance optimization techniques.
