Salesforce QA Automation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Software Quality Assurance supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing and Financial Force, managed packages and API integrations
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
Analyze and recreate defects during User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks and help remove obstacles to release
Continuously improve testing processes, tools and documentation. Drive efficiency through quality with measurable results
Provide suggestions for continuous improvement through retrospective

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years experience in Salesforce and Integrated Applications
3+ years experience participating with Agile/ Scrum methodology
Hands on experience with JIR and Test management tools; Zephyr, Xray
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and Regression testing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working knowledge of Automation Testing framework is a plus
Prior experience with business applications; CRM(Salesforce), Finance(NetSuite), HR, Customer Support(Zendesk), Integrations(Dell Boomi)
