Develop SEO-driven initiatives to meet growth targets
Perform in-depth keyword research to find the most relevant and effective terms/phrases with the highest ROI, optimize our content, discover opportunities, and improve our search engine rankings.
Analyze high-performing competitor domains to provide insight and opportunities for future growth
Optimize current content, including the title tag and meta description, headers and copy through robust content briefs to improve ranking and internal linking improvements
Develop and manage organic link-building campaigns.
Compile backlink analysis to assist the press and media team with outreach opportunities
Analyze existing content for schema and additional Tech SEO opportunities
Monitor and analyze overall site performance, including rankings and conversion
Use SEO strategies to recommend marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, white papers, etc.
Prepare detailed strategy reports for our websites.
Track, analyze, and report on our websites
Set up and monitor web analytics and site tracking tools.
Implement and manage website tracking using Google Tag Manager or directly within the website.
Provide detailed SEO reporting.
Optimize our websites
Implement 301 redirects, canonical URLs, page titles, meta descriptions, and alt tags.
Work with our development team to ensure they re following SEO best practices.
Analyze our sites and provide recommendations
Perform technical site audits.
Create content gap analysis and competitor reports.
Provide and implement recommendations to create and improve our website content and paid campaigns and increase our conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
SEO and search engine marketing
At least four years of experience in SEO for large global websites, including keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, and link development.
Advanced technical knowledge of SEO, including optimization for Google and Bing.
Advanced knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM).
Experience with popular SEO tools like Google, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Experience with keyword research, data mining tools, and competitor analysis.
Knowledge of international SEO, including country code top-level domains (ccTLDs) strategy.
Schema markup, sitemaps, and best practices for website architecture.
Knowledge of local, mobile, and video SEO.
Knowledge of SEO penalty recovery.
Website technologies and programming
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Understanding of web protocols, web application architectures, and frameworks.
Expertise with Schema.org and Google quality guidelines.
Expertise with WordPress.
Familiarity with optimizing for Naver, Yandex, and Baidu.
Familiarity with regular expressions.
Coding skills and SQL knowledge are big advantages.
Knowledge of standards for accessibility and how to implement them in HTML.
Website performance tracking and monitoring
In-depth experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Ability to implement advanced tracking using Google Tag Manager.
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
Marketing and campaign management
Knowledge of pay-per-click (PPC) programs and how to optimize data from organic and paid sources.
Understanding of the relationship between PPC programs and SEO.
Experience with performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and online customer acquisition.
Knowledge of marketing attribution and popular attribution models and tools.
Office apps and tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
At least four years of SEO experience
Experience with on-page SEO, including keyword research, competitive analysis, internal linking and content briefs
Experience with off-page SEO: you ve worked on outreach projects before and have sourced relevant external web pages
You ve used SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, GSC and Google Analytics
Working knowledge of technical SEO elements such as schema, canonicals and site speed
Have a passion for continued learning and staying up to date on industry news
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
Knowledge and experience with WordPress and other CMS
