Job Description
School Visits Relationship Building

- Conduct regular visits to partner schools to oversee the research implementation.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with school teachers, principals, and staff.
- Act as a liaison between the research team and school stakeholders to ensure smooth data collection and cooperation.

- Data Collection Management
- Lead data collection efforts, including surveys, interviews, assessments, and school observation.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into research databases.
- Monitor data quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to research protocols.

- Teacher Training Support
- Organize and conduct training sessions for school teachers on program implementation
- Provide ongoing support to teachers to ensure accurate data collection and effective implementation of school Peer Teaching programs.
- Help teachers understand the programs impact and motivate them to engage fully.

- Field Reporting Communication
- Provide regular updates to the research lead on progress, challenges, and insights from the field.
- Document observations, challenges, and success stories during school visits.
- Collaborate with the research team to refine data collection tools and processes as needed.

Qualification Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in social science field
- Experience: Field research experience doing small college projects, experience in working with schools and communities
- Skills
- Should have a license and need to know how to drive a two-wheele
- Strong relationship-building skill
- Strong ability to give presentations, provide training facilitate sessions.
- Strong excel skill
- Strong organizational and time management skill
- Willingness to travel frequently for school visits.
- Language: Proficiency in Hindi language, along with working knowledge of English.
