Project Site Incharge

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure that the material delivered at site complies with project quality standards with all the required documentation.

2. Coordinate with the client, team working at site and other project stakeholders to keep a track of project work in progress and ensure that the milestones are achieved within deadlines.

3. Supervise the team working at site and enabling them with all the provisions to be made.

4. Prepare daily reports and present to the client at site on a daily basis.

5. Highlighting risks on time and keep mitigations plan ready.

6. Study AutoCAD Good for Construction drawings, get the shop drawings and as-built drawings prepared according to the actual site conditions.

7. Demonstrate functionality of the system deployed at site and complete handover formalities with the client.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Good understanding of ELV work categories like Data & Networking, CCTV, Fire Detection and Alarm, Audio-Video, Building Management System & IPBX.

2. Must be well-versed with AutoCAD in order to study, prepare and make modifications to drawings.

3. MS Office suite majorly MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

4. Good written and spoken communication skills.
