Assistant Director Sales

Role & responsibilities

The Associate Director provides leadership and guidance to their direct reports and is responsible for monitoring and enhancing performance across their team through factors such as valuer capacity, coverage, targets/revenue and reporting. It is the Associate Directors responsibility to play an active role in mentoring, developing and leading their team, with the goal of upskilling and enhancing their teams qualifications and experience, aligned to service excellence and client expectations.

Provides leadership to their Valuers & Graduates and plays an active role in the personal development of their team

Works collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to ensure Valuers achieve all operational and client facing targets e.g milestones, revenue targets

Provides regular feedback to their team, specifically focusing on performance and quality including milestone management, certification & compliance

Achieves personal targets and ensure their team also meets their financial targets

Leads change initiatives in their region in conjunction with the Regional Director and/or Senior Director

Project Manages Revaluation work

Ensures an engaged workforce with a focus on coaching, communication, fun and inclusion

Preferred candidate profile

Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications

• CPV status combined with significant experience in the commercial valuation space.
