Position: Sales Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, conducting property site visits, and closing sales for residential, commercial, and investment properties. If you have strong sales skills, negotiation ability, and a passion for real estate, we'd love to have you on board!
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Follow up with potential buyers and investors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Property Sales & Site Visits:
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct property site visits and presentations.
Highlight key benefits of the property, nearby amenities, and investment potential.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and upcoming projects.
Monitor competitor activity to offer better deals to clients.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 0.6 -1 years in Real Estate Sales (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply).
Education: Graduate (Any Field) MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
Skills Required: Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs & close deals efficiently.
Using CRM software, MS Office, and property portals.
Must have their own vehicle.
