Analyst - Front-end Investment Banking

Job Responsibilities:
Sector coverage & Support towards Business Development:
1. Create a well-rounded information base around the select vertical(s) and the businesses that allows the team to identify key trends, drivers, viewpoint on the future trajectory, etc.
2. Undertake multi-source research from databases, analyst coverages, industry and company reports
3. Participate with the team in potential client and investor outreach
4. Prepare Pitches for prospective deal situations with strong qualitative and quantitative aspects, clearly bringing out our understanding of client's target market and industry landscapes, financial analysis & valuations, business benchmarking, etc.
5. Financial analysis: Analyze and interpret financial statements including preparing trading and transaction comparable, modeling & valuations and benchmarking for companies.
Deal Execution:
1. Prepare collaterals including detailed financial models, investor memorandums, valuation materials, data books with analysis and insights
2. Manage the due diligence process, and gradually front-end the relationship with the respective client representatives
3. Assist in the overall deal coordination with the Associates and senior team in engagement tracking, reporting and housekeeping (maintain updated client agreements, NDAs, OPEs, etc.)
Job Requirements:
1. Under-graduation/post graduation from a top University
2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking/Valuation/Due Diligence/Equity Research
