2. Ensuring 100% Customer Satisfaction
3. Managing daily mall operations.
4. Managing the Loyalty Program of the Mall
5. Planning & Maintaining Budget
6. MIS
7. Audits.
8. Vendor Management
9. Responsible for Admin/Billing/SAP
10. Educating & motivating the agency Partners.
11. Mall operations Management
Experience – 5 to 6 years in Malls
Education – Any Graduate from Mumbai University
