Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, result oriented and self driven Partnership Manager to help build strategic partnerships for co-sell opportunities, grow our ecosystem, and drive business growth. Strategic Partnership goals include forming key relationships with ERP companies, Channel Partners, online marketplaces, logistics companies, enablers, aggregators, and solution providers.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain key partnerships with ecosystem players, cultivating strong relationships and sourcing sales from partners. Also, create co-sell opportunities.
  • Identify key business drivers to enable partnerships that deliver growth, profitability, and brand value.
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close high-impact partnership agreements that bring measurable results.
  • Structure win-win propositions and ensure seamless execution and documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Scale partnerships with solution resellers and other partners, driving penetration of our offerings among leading brands and accounts.
  • Understand partner business models and create customized strategies to align and execute plans effectively.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, and work with internal team to draft agreements in compliance with company guidelines and legal frameworks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enable partner activities and ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive partnered marketing and promotional campaigns, enhancing visibility and growth for Invenzo Labs.
  • Stay updated with domestic and global industry trends to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide efficient post-sales support to partners, fostering long-term collaborations.
  • Develop feedback mechanisms to relay partner and customer needs to the product team, supporting continuous product innovation and improvement.

What Were Looking For:


  • 3-5 years of proven experience in building channel partnerships, solution reseller partnerships, strategic partnerships and business development. Preferably from Technology led SAAS companies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
