Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accoutant

Responsibilities

• A/P
• Invoicing 3 way matching
• paying vendors
• tracking vendor rebates
• matching vendor invoices
• Payments
• A/R
• Invoicing customers
• Sending customer statements
• Applying customer payments
• Monitoring customer credit balances and credit limits
• Monthly close
• Bank reconciliation
• Accruals
• Fixed assests
• Handling ALL of the companies accounting responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Very strong excel skills a must
• Very good computer skills a must
• QBO,ZOHO,XERO experience added advantage
• Experience as a full charge bookkeeper required (taking care of all accounting responsibilities)

Note :
